Run complete

I've been slacking the past week on my program fb30 30 r 4, I got the first 2 weeks done then I did Monday last week and got so busy/worn out that I didn't workout the rest of the week. Today Wednesday, I finally made myself do something so I went for a 2.5 mile run, saw some deer playing in the woods, and enjoyed myself. Work has been kicking my but this summer, I'm ready for fall and winter to come when work slows down and I have more me time.
