Not always sore?

Hey guys,

I feel like I really pushing myself during all the workouts, and I work hard to have good form while lifting the heaviest I can...I couldn't even complete some of the rounds with the weight I had, and had to drop it down. I'm surprised that I'm either 1) not that sore or 2) not sore at all. I always make sure to stretch and cool down afterwards. Maybe I'm really good at stretching?? Or my body's really good at recovering??

Does this mean I'm not working hard enough?? I really feel like I am truly pushing myself.
