I need advice :)

Hey guys I know it's probably silly to ask but I am feeling like my energy has came back after being sick and I feel motivated to exercise again but at the same time my throat still hurts a little and have a bit of a chesty cough still should I just keep away from exercise until its fully gone? I miss working out so much its frustrating me that I cant..because I want my body to get better of course 🙂
