HKS Accountability Group Aug 28

Good morning!

Today was an upper body workout https://www.fitnessblender.com/videos/functional-upper-body-workout-for-strength-and-coordination - I really like this one, although my arms are still super shaky, despite having completed it about 20 minutes ago!

Today is more work stress (yesterday was brutal, hopefully people lay off with the odd requests for a bit) and then going to Pat's for dinner.

Last night, I reconnected with some old friends that I used to game with - the group kind of fell apart in 2012-2013, but with Wow Classic coming out, many of us have returned to the old version of the game we loved so much.
