Has working out helped clear up your acne?

Hi FB family,

A bit of a random question, but have you found that consistently working out (and eating more unprocessed/health-promoting foods too) helped clear up acne? I have no idea if these things are related.

Acne is something I've struggled with since I was 11, and being in my late 20s, I had really hoped it would go away by now! About four months ago, I switched to a low-hormone IUD from a hormonal birth control pill and have seen a huge increase in acne. I'm hoping that by getting into a better fitness routine and supporting myself with more nutritious food (along with other non-diet and exercise things too), I'll see a change.
