This is my mantra, for now:

"It’s a slow process. Don’t make it slower by quitting."

Burnout recovery is going much slower than I expected. I don't feel like working out anymore....but I don't want to quit either.

So for the time being I'll be doing Beginner Yoga sessions with Adriene and outdoor walks.

With what little energy I have on most days, yoga will at least give me a sense of accomplishement, as well as keep me moving. I don't consider this a set back, just a slowing down.

After all, "I already know what giving up feels like. I want to see what happens when I don’t."
