Back to working out again after an unplanned vacation break...

I had plans to work out in my hotel room while I was in the US, but that didn't really happen...

I'm just getting back to have the energy for more things again after all the sick leave and stuff that's been going on for a couple of years. So when I changed time zones and was jet lagged, had activities and spent time with my boyfriend (who became my fiance during the trip!) I just didn't have the energy left for working out. I guess that happens. I'm just glad that I wasn't as tired as I thought that I might be during the trip. So that's something.

Today I had my first workout after getting back home again. It was just a five minute small workout and then a Pilates workout that was relaxing. It was tough getting back into it, and maybe I'm still a tiny but jet lagged too...

But anyway, I just wanted to share this as I'm trying to get my energy and motivation back for working out.
