I got out of bed on time and had the opportunity to do a longer workout. Today is lower body strength so I reluctantly did https://www.fitnessblender.com/videos/hiit-cardio-and-butt-and-thigh-workout-hiit-and-strength. I totally thought I was choosing another workout. It was brutal, but good! Workout complete.
I bought chocolate and ate way too much yesterday. Onward and upward!
