Fitness Journey

I scheduled the - FB Fit - 8 Week Fat Loss Program to Lose Weight, Build Lean Muscle & Tone Up - today was my fitness test, and I thought I would used the community message board for accountability.

Today was my fitness test, here are my results and a photo to mark day one of my fitness journey. I'm not sure if other people can comment on my discussion, but if you can and want to help motivate me that would be really nice :)

Fitness test results:

One mile run = 40 minutes, Push ups = 5 , Squats = 10, Static plank = 15 seconds, Sit and Reach = - 2 inches, Weight = 242
