FB BE to continue another week...

I thought I was going to be able to finish up the BE program this week, but life happened! Back to school, started new internship, and training for my assistantship position totally threw my off my game this past week. BUT I have a game plan going forward that is realistic which should help me stay on track!

My plan for Fall semester is to work out MWF with an optional stretching/yoga/pilates/hike day on Sunday. After I finish BE this week, I'm moving on to FB30 R2 the following Monday!

My primary motivation these past 6 weeks has been consistency and me time, so I'm trying to continue with that mantra going into my busy season! Secondary is eat clean and the body will follow suite!
