Being active and enjoying it

I don't work out during the weekend. Lately I do however feel the need to be at least sort of active during those days. Today I picked up my mother in laws prescription at the pharmacy, rode to her house, then went to my brother and sister in law to drop of something I borrowed and then took the (more) scenic route home. Guessing it was a total of about 23 km, and in the afternoon it was about 29 °C. And I enjoyed it!!

I enjoy taking care of my body by movement. Working out is no longer something that has to be done, I want to do it. It's a massive improvement. I feel better, both physically and mentally. Thanks K&D!!
