Ok guys i need some help because I'm very confused. I want to lose some thigh fat. I wanted it since forever. Now,i work out 3 years with fitness blender and made a huge transformation/difference with my body. However that thigh fat is still there no matter what i do. I've been mostly doing HIIT and strength to train my lower body. When i look online all i find is that i should do cardio, no hiit no squats no lunges no strength and basically everything I've been doing so far. Long cardio sessions and running are the best choices from what i see. Then again that goes totally against to what kelli and daniel teach us. I thought if i trained my lower body a bit more I'd get the results i wanted, especially with those squats and those hiit sessions. Please help.
