How to Loose weight?
I am 5'3 ,132 lb. My goal is to be 110-114 lb. I have been working out since 6 years, 5 days/week.. I started fitness blender workouts from 2014 i guess..!!! I feel lot better doing these workouts. I am able to gain strength but I am not loosing fat in troublesome areas like Outer thigh/Inner thigh fat & upper body back fat. I want to loose weight and get fit. Are there any workouts that are effective that show results and Is there any vegetarian diet I could follow? As proper diet is also important to be fit.
