Progress Update

First, Thank you Daniel and Kelli. I could not have done this without you and my FitnessBlender Family!

1) I completed the 1000 Calorie workout yesterday as Day 26 of FB Fit Round 1. (yay me) Just like D & K said, before it's over you will feel great and accomplished.

2) I took measurements and I've lost 2 1/2 inches in my belly (navel and lower belly combined). I put on a pair of my favorite PJ's and the pants fell down! ;)

3) I got my body fat measured by the trainer at work and my body fat is down 4.2 %.
