I'm just starting my 2nd week of the 2 week lean and fit plan (started with 2wk trial to see how Iiked it) I absolutely love it. I've done Kelli's workouts before but only on days where I couldnt get to the gym or too lazy to do a full length workout, I soon realized how affective they were and I've now stopped going to the gym completely..for about 2 months I've ONLY been doing FB and I feel more of a difference in 2 months than I did 4/5 months in the gym. All around feel so much better! No more aches and pains, fatigue is starting to go away and I just feel firmer and move easier. And plus I'm always working from a hotel room while traveling so im always by myself. I look forward to a workout video that actually feels like the instructor is right there with you! And that motivates me even more! I definitely recommend FB to anyone
