Gas Pass

There are these days, every so often when you need to do something not so lady/gentlemen-like.

It is usually done in an awkward time, like in the elevator, in a post office, during burpees or squats, etc. You know what I mean and I know I'm not the only one. I can't be, right?

While farting can seem embarrassing to some people, it is a natural part of the digestion cycle. Everybody does it, especially at the gym.

(Of course, it goes without saying that if your flatulence becomes painful or is regularly interfering with the quality of your life or workouts, talk to your doctor to rule out more serious issues.)

Bottom line - I'm reaching out to you all to say:

Do it freely. It is natural, just like sweating. Don't be ashamed to fart while doing your sweaty workout. Remember - there can be no rain without thunder!
