Any Runners?

Hey guys!

Back in May I ran a half marathon with a friend. I didn't do as much training as i should have, but I finished and was super proud. I took about a month off after that and started running again in mid June. I found that it was incredibly difficult and I barely could complete 3 miles. I don't know exactly what happened but It made me supper bummed out.

Maybe my body was just super exhausted? I don't know. But I usually will run about 15 miles per week normally and just today I only did 1 mile to see how my pace was it and it was about 45 seconds slower that it normally would be and i even found that 1 mile to be a little tough (what the heck!)

I'm thinking I'll just have to work myself up to running again... just super weird! Hoping for a strong come back!!
