HKS Accountability Group Aug 22

Good morning!

Today was Day 3 for the Flexibility challenge. I was feeling super crunchy this morning, so it really helped work some kinks out!

Not much to say about today... yesterday was super busy, today, I'm playing catch up. I might have to go in early tomorrow, so we'll see. And double-shift!

I'm doing good though - I started using a sleep tracker again to help me improve on the hours... Generally speaking, I get an unhealthy less than 6 hours, so my goal for the next week is to get above 6, and we'll start improving from there. It actually did wake me up in the lightest part of my sleep so... good on ya, Sir Tracker.
