FB Sweat Day 1

I am new to FB and started out with FB Sweat today. Perfect name: so much sweat from this workout! I usually do exercise 3-4 days a week, but this is definitely harder than I usually push myself so I am excited to see what will change in 4 weeks. It is also great to have everything planned out so I'm not just guessing what kind of workout to do next or doing the same thing too often.

I also did the extra credit PFT which really shows me what I need to work on:

1 mile run (probably my first timed run since 2002): 11:36

Push ups (from the knees): 2

Squats (no weight): 42

Full plank: 2:23 (clearly I prefer core workouts to upper body, lol)

Sit & reach: -5 1/4"

Looking forward being part of the community and hearing "Workout complete!"
