I've never done this vid before!!

I pushed Sweat a week because my arm is still giving me a bit of trouble. Instead, I chose to do a lower body tabata workout. I loved this video (pictured in this post)!!! I'm glad I got to try something new I wouldn't have seen today otherwise!

*I did sub in star jumps for the plank sets. I didn't want to put that pressure on my arm right now.
