I usually have a quick look at the next day's w/o and was a bit apprehensive about this one. Little did I realize how much more difficult it would actually be for me. I did my best throughout the warm up and HIIT portions, but when the strength training began I had nothing left to give. I went straight to the cool down and stretch. This RARELY happens to me and I was frustrated and disappointed with myself. I really thought I'd do better.
I believe It has to do with a health issue I've been dealing with that is only very recently under control and getting better. In no time I'll be able to tackle this workout and complete it.
So. I'll go for a walk and enjoy the snow later today. Tomorrow I'll be back to give it 100% again. This Blender marches on! 💪☺
