Completed Mass and down 100 pounds!

Happy Saturday FB fam!

Today was a very big milestone in my weight loss journey, and I wanted to share it with you all- I am officially down 100 pounds! I hit my goal weight a month or two ago, but I've lost a little more since then.

Another big thing happened today! I finished Mass! This program isn't discussed as much here, so I thought I'd give a quick review on it. I LOVED it! If you're looking for a program mostly focused on strength training then I would recommend it. It has more cardio and HIIT compared to Strong while still focusing mostly on weight lifting. There is a good mix of workouts and it kept me engaged. I also liked that there were a variety of optional stretch videos for day 6.

I pushed myself, and I'm seeing the results! My arms have gotten bigger, I can lift heavier, and yesterday after getting a massage the massage therapist commented on how muscular my legs are!

I can't say how happy I am that I found Fitness Blender, it has changed my life for the better in so many ways 💜
