Hello, everyone.πŸ™‹β€β™€οΈπŸ’™

I am writing this after sweaty Total body + HIIT and core workouts. Tomorrow is long expected rest day. Planning to sleep a lot because my mind is pretty much exhausted from what's ahead.

Yesterday was the most beautiful day for my loneliness.

I did usual FB routine and went to my friend's job where she works as a waitress and we had a nice chat for about 5 hours. I was walking the whole day. Went to home bit late, by bus, and got off the bus three stops earlier to walk some more. Sky was full of stars, it was bit chilly, no people on the road, just me with my headphones listening to old rock ballads with few cars passing by. It was wonderful. I almost cried of happiness.🌌 After that I finished my yoga routine, studied a little and went to sleep. Of course I won't be able to experience something like that because I got pretty bad blisters but that doesn't stop me from working out even barefoot.πŸ˜‹

I hope you are all doing well. I just wanted to share this mind and body connection that has never happened to me before. Life is nice. xx
