Pushed myself for nearly an hour yesterday!

I strapped in, turned on some Stryper, and strength trained for around 50 minutes yesterday. I typically don't go that long, but I wanted to push myself and I was in the zone. Six sets of reverse lunges with 50 pounds total, 25 pounds dumbbells. Five reps. Six of goblet squats, around 25 pounds, I don't need a lot right now. My bodyweight is quite a heavy squat as it is.

Six sets of lateral squats, 12 pounds extra, really focusing in on form. After that I threw in some upper body. Three sets of hammer curls at 35 pounds each hand. Same for bent over rows.

Considering Stryper is a Christian metal band, I guess that would qualify under the, "Reps for Jesus" meme.
