I need your opinion :( !

Hi fb family ❤ and my best trainers eveeer , I really want to ask yoou something that many are keeping to say and it is bothering and disappointing me and i don't know the right fact !. . Is it necessary to have steps every day and walk beside my daily workout? Since they are telling me working out isn't enough! + I can't go out and walk daily so my active period at home while working out from 50 to 60 min or more with your programs like FB Blend and so on. . Isn't that enough? :') plz tell !
