Working Out During an Intermittent Fast

Hi there. I've heard a couple of different opinions on this issue: You shouldnt exercise on an empty stomach vs. Exercising on an empty stomach burns the most fat. I eat only between the hours of 10am-7pm, and I do my workouts in the morning, before any eating. Does anyone else do this? What are your thoughts on it? I mean, I do notice that I don't have the strength and energy that I would have during a mid-day workout, but if fat loss is my goal, does it really matter? HALP!
