Need Advice on Moving from Bulky, Muscular Legs to Thin, Muscular Legs

Hey, guys. Now, part of my issue might be genetic, not that it's an "issue," per se. A quick forward: I do all of the different types of workouts on Fitness Blender, but I do gravitate toward the legwork. Right now, my legs are thicker than I'd like them to be, due to muscle (and maybe fat)? What I want is to thin my legs out while keeping my muscle tone. Are there specific workouts/workout programs that help with this? Thanks so much!
