HKS Accountability Group Aug 14

Good morning!

Today was an accidental sleep in. I feel a little more rested this morning, but I didn't start my workout until nearly 5:50, so today was abandoning ship!

Instead of Strong, I completed https://www.fitnessblender.com/videos/low-impact-cardio-workout-for-beginners-feel-good-cardio and tacked on https://www.fitnessblender.com/videos/lower-body-stretches-a-stretching-routine-for-flexibility at the end in order to keep up on my flexibility goal... a little bit less range of motion than yesterday, but I imagine that's to be expected since my legs aren't as warm as they were after yesterday's Strong workout.

Today is work, and then a yummy dinner date with the dear BF.

I keep forgetting to mention that I did get some walking in this week.... well... We only walked on Monday. Weather has been kind of bleh, but on Monday we walked in the rain, and my sneakers are still drying out from that! Hopefully the weather is better next week!
