For reasons that couldn't be helped, yesterday was a bad workout.
a.k.a. no workout at all.
So today I got caught up, doing Monday's and Tuesday's scheduled videos of the Abs2 program.
Tomorrow will be my rest/yoga day.
I have to say, over the past several months I have learned not to be frustrated or feel guilty when I miss a workout. And because of that my motivation to keep going is easier to maintain.
