Just wanted to post this to help inspire others who had the Gall Bladder Removal surgery. I started with the Yoga/Pilates workout. I had completed 8 Week Fat Loss program right before the surgery and was dying to continue to workout. As I couldn't put any pressure/stretch around my abdominal area as suggested by my physician, I wasn't able to work out for almost 3 months. I have now started working out again. Though the hard stretch in the abdominal area in the workouts like Cobra pose still creates pain(which I try to avoid to perform for now), I feel so good after working out.
