HKS Accountability Group Aug 12

Good morning!

Today, I hopped right back into Strong with Day 3, which was a core workout. This was an advanced with weights, although I did opt to bodyweight most of it since my core needs some work. It was a humbling routine, and it was quick to point all all the areas I need to develop more strength in.

This past weekend was a small amount of reno progression on the kitchen. We prepped the walls for painting and went out to get said paint. I'll have to keep an eye on my ankle, as I was really, really stupid and got down off the ladder from like... the third rung to the floor (I um... kind of forgot I was up that high and just stepped off without thinking). I didn't roll my ankle but I felt it twinge just ever so slightly. Yesterday and this morning both, I could feel it talking to me after I woke up, so I'll take it easy there.
