Happy Sunday to Everyone,

Woke up very sore from yesterday's 70min workout and the descending ladder of pain. I would like to say that is why I am taking a rest day.

But the truth is I used my workout time to watch 4 feral kittens playing in the front yard for about an hour. We starting feeding a feral cat who was to thin last winter and she blessed our place with four adorable kittens this summer. We rarely get to see them because she makes them hide when we are outside. This morning she let them play while we were having our tea. Needless to say the time just flew by.

So off to the gardens I go to water. Maybe I will do a stretching routine this evening. Hope everyone's day starts as fun as mine.
