Healthy ‘treat’ ideas


For those of you who crave ‘treats’ but want to avoid the bad stuff, I’d love to know what you’re eating! My favourite ‘treats’ are a banana dipped in a bit of almond butter and also high protein chocolate flavoured Greek yogurt with a little bit of chocolate granola on top, of course watching my portion sizes too. Would love some other ideas! I need a little evening treat each night or I will go crazy 😂
