FB Strong complete for the second time :)

I have just finished FB Strong for the second time and it was probably even more fun than the first rotation. I replaced two workouts that I didn't enjoy too much with others from my favorites and again tried to really push myself, while adjusting the weights I lifted based on my diary entries from last time. It was super motivating to see that there were several workouts where I did significantly better than last time.

Bodyweight is pretty much the same as last time (168 lbs), but I think the overall toning is getting better and especially my core workouts pay off.

Next week I will go back to FB Flex! :)
