REST!

So grateful for rest today. This was my first week of Sweat (this time through!), and I'm pretty exhausted. I did quite a bit of HIIT this week, and I feel like I really committed to the strength training. That being said, I need these next two days to get in some relaxation. My back/shoulders/neck have been giving me some issues, and I also am excited to catch up on some sleep (I worked out in the morning again!)

I'm using the stuff pictured for some TLC!

I'm grateful for Jesus's freedom to choose rest and healing, which prepare me for harder seasons (physically, spiritually, and emotionally!)!
