Hi all

I'm having my lower right wisdom tooth out next week and apparently you can't workout for a week after...thats a long time for me. Has anyone else had their wisdom tooth / teeth removed? I had one out a few years ago but wasn't working out at the time...all I remember is intense pain and not being able to eat solid foods for ages.

Any advice welcome :)
