Workouts for mental isuues

Hello Blenders, it has been a while since I wrote a post. But I need help, again.

I suffer an eating disorder. Apart from that, I have another mental issues and I had recently my biggest breaking point. I have consider terrible things, I have binged, I have felt worse. I feel very low.

I have an appointment with a professional, but I know that losing the weight and eating better again would help me a bit. My question is is anyone has suffered before from a mental illness and which workouts or routine would recommend.
