Best way to sweat during arm day?

I was wondering what everyone does to increase the cardio aspect of their arm days?

I like to incorporate HIIT and currently I've been enjoying kickboxing. But I was wondering what other people do so they get a good sweat lol!

I feel like just doing strength on my arm days I don't burn as many calories. Seeing as my goal right now is to lose weight burning calories is important lol!
