Asian Rice Bowls

I raved so much about how amazing the Asian rice bowl #chefinthemaking whipped up last week was that she decided to make it again.

There were modifications, of course, but it was equally as amazing, probably even better.

Fried tofu, shiitake mushrooms, sesame edamame, jalapeños, onions, Brussels sprout slaw, quick-pickled rainbow carrots, over-easy egg, crunchy fried rice.

Honestly, my mouth is still watering...

What healthy dishes do you all make that have your mouths watering?

P.S. Yes, I do realize that our Asian rice bowls are actually on plates, but still...
