Staycation and getting back to it

My sister, her new baby, and her 2 year old have been visiting this week from out of town so my workouts have been chasing two toddlers around 😂 which turns out to be a mix of strength training and cardio 😂😂😂😂

They are leaving tonight and my goal for the rest of the week is to workout Friday, Saturday, and Sunday so I don't get too off track from my program. I've tried to eat clean and have done an okay job at it. Definitely not as good as a normal week, but that's okay!
