HKS Accountability Group Aug 8

Good morning!

Quick post today before I get ready for work. I just finished Strong Day 2 and my arms are toast! I feel happy that I pushed myself appropriately - it looked like Daniel was really struggling in the burnout round and I feel happy that I have gotten to know myself well enough that I chose weights that caused me to struggle at the same points as him (except for one exercise, I'm stronger at the bent over rows than I thought, so I did the full 20 reps there).

I think it's Core tomorrow and then I have the weekend, where we'll be painting the walls, so I am going to put Strong on hold and try to do a recovery workout on Saturday instead.

Double shift again tonight, I can't believe it's already Thursday!
