Upper body strength- when will I get there!!

Hey all,

I wonder if anyone has any thoughts on advice. I have been working out here fairly consistently for a couple of years now. I use the programmes so I do a bit of everything really.

I have seen changes which is great but parts of my upper body just don't seem to respond. It seems to be the muscles in my shoulders and upper back. So, whereas I have gone from using 6lb PH for a bicep curl to 14lb PH (and that's now a little light). I still can't lift more than 3lb per for a bentover fly. I know it's a smaller muscle but I have seen no changes at all, is that odd?

Also, I still can not do a push up! which I assume may be related. Anyone have any tips on how I can tackle my upper back and shoulders. First world problem I know but it's frustrating!
