HKS Accountability Group Aug 7

Good morning!

Well... I bought another program to try... Today was Day 1 for Strong! I liked this workout a lot, although it very quickly revealed to me where I am weakest. I couldn't do the curtsy lunges or the reverse lunges with weights at all. I tried each set with weights to start, but then had to drop after a couple of reps each time because I was so wobbly. There were moments where the video was on pause, and I negotiated with myself, "It's only 6 reps this time, can you bump the weight? You can bump up the weight."

Mainly, I wanted a program with less cardio overall so I could feel like I'm challenging myself and not having to worry about the neighbours below!

Today is a short workday - my dad is in the hospital, recovering from surgery, so my brother and I are going to visit him this afternoon.
