Lower Tabata

I'm officially in love with this one. I think I like tabata structure more because I can focus better on exercises, I hope there will be more of them.💣

Also,as always I have a question. :)

One of the workouts in this video is called crossover lunge and it is very similar to curtsy lunge only leg that is supposed to go behind your body like in curtsy goes in front of you...so it is basically the same exercise? Because for me it is better than curtsy, my form is better.
