HKS Accountability Group Aug 6

Good morning!

The long weekend is over and I am back to early morning workouts and starting the thread! I didn't do much FB workouts, but ceiling painting had me up and down ladders, above the head shoulder work and a million calf raises because I'm so short, so I feel like I got in good workouts the whole weekend. I gave myself checkmarks on the calendar, I definitely feel like I earned it!

Today, I did https://www.fitnessblender.com/videos/easy-pilates-and-cardio-workout-with-relaxing-cool-down-active-recovery-workout which is one of my favourite active recovery workouts. It was also a nice choice to get myself mentally primed for the week. The boss is back in after a two week vacation - which was busy for me but I felt like I didn't get enough done, despite staying late some nights. Eh - we'll see what happens.
