Hi Everyone :)

I was wondering whether or not the "fun" "fullfililing"- to me personaly;) - feeling after a strength or pilates exercise mean that the muscle is undergoing a change that also uses calories to do so?

In other words is the sore feeling an indication that the body is burning caloeries to heal itself and work on the strengthening / "sculpting" pf the erea?
