FB Blend

FB Blend complete!! My first program. Loved it... thank you.

I have been doing FB videos for over two years, and have always used the free videos. But I was getting lazy and not challenging myself so decided to commit to a program.

FB Blend is a blend... strength, HIIT, core, pilates... Every week there's a lower body, upper body, and core workout. About two days a week it's bodyweight only. HIIT is incorporated about twice a week.

I was challenged, but I could do it! My mid-section is noticeably more toned. When I go walking, my walk is stronger and faster. Feeling motivated.
