I have made some huge changes this year with my relationship with food. I have been working out less, but I'm down 40 just by changing old habits. I feel amazing! When I started with you guys last year I was probably around 275, my highest was 298. I'm nearing 235 now. Better than that, I have been far more active this year outside. Even played softball with friends on a league recently. It's a new me. Dealing with my knee injury. Happy to report that a recent round of labs from my Dr all came back excellent. Not just normal range, but excellent! I'm so pleased with my progress, and I'm always sharing Fitnessblender with others on similar paths. As I get closer to my goal weight I'm looking forward to amping up my workouts with y'all again!
