Unexpectedly sore from golf tournament!

Oh my gosh, I didn't think I'd be so sore after golfing yesterday!

My triceps, chest, and obliques got worked pretty hard! Maybe I can chalk it up to not golfing in awhile, or maybe just to poor form lol, but either way it was quite the workout, especially in 95 degree weather! 5 hours out in it, I was totally drained afterward. I was planning to do upper body today, but I think I'll have rethink and do cardio/legs instead haha!

What kinds of activities had you unexpectedly sore??
