So I've been working out with FB for almost 2 years now and I am truly thankful for the way things have turned out!
But I can not seem to sustain the regimen while it's college time. I tend to have lower energy levels and I usually stress over the lack of time for studies, and can not seem to fit in workouts. ( I know that is because of my procrastination as well lol )
I thought I would schedule lower impact workouts like pilates for those times, but I'm not sure whether that will help me with my goal of losing weight or not.
Any advice ?
